How many young Partridge?

Today was reported that 3 full grown Grey Partridge were seen with at least 20 young, this is fantastic news. They were seen on a field that we have put down as part set a side and the other side as spring barley.The weather is good at the moment for young Pheasants and Grey partridge, so let's hope there are going to be more big coveys. The wild bird mix is coming on a treat as well with the Mustard in full flower as well as the Phacelia which seems to be a better stand than last year.There are plenty of Bees on the flowers at the moment. Also there was at least 2 pairs of Grey partridge near the bird mix early on in June so maybe there might be more young in there as well.
